Our cows are raised on pasture at the River House and on the Black Dog Ranch (did we mention we love our black labs?) in Swan Lake Valley. We keep our cattle pasture and handling environment just like we like ours -- low stress, plenty of space, and filled with lots of love. Our beef cows are never given hormones or antibiotics, and are born and raised right here in Klamath.
Our custom beef shares can be finished on grass, barley, or corn. All beef are finished in the pasture closest to our home with lots of room to roam. Just let us know your preference upon order.
